Overview
You might notice that the value of calls do not match in the Statistic Details Pane and Statistic Details Graph (pop-up). You also notice that the selected time periods in the Statistic Details Pane and Statistic Details Graph do not match.
Solution
This can occur when you had more than one tab open and different timeframes in the different tabs.
The solution is simple:
- Close all the tabs having Aurea Monitor Server (AMS) open.
- Open a new tab and reload Aurea Monitor Server and access the Network View pane.
- The Statistic Details Pane and Statistic Details Graph (pop-up when clicking on Statistic Details) should be in sync. Whenever you change the time interval on the main page, both the Statistic Details Pane and Statistic Details Graph pop-up should be updated correctly.
Note: To avoid this issue avoid having AMS loaded in multiple tabs at the same time.
